The Denmark Mountain Bike Club announced the completion of the Club’s Strategic Plan at the Winter Social Ride over the weekend.
Over 40 riders of all ages gathered at Duckett’s Mill on Sunday to participate in the Club’s quarterly social ride. The ride catered for all ages and fitness levels with a range of distances to choose from inlcuding the Triple Cream Cambembert 40km, the Double Brie 25km and Fresh Fromage 10km.

Following a series of consultation workshops, the Denmark Mountain Bike Committee have been developing the plan over the past 6 months with the support from the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries and the Shire of Denmark.
Club President Brad Drummond said “the Committee has invested time and money into process so that we can effectively plan for the future. The Club is keen to focus on promoting a positive culture, a sustainable future and increase places to mountain bike for all ages and all abilities.
